The Cadex battery analysers perform a full analysis and test on lithium, nickel and lead batteries with custom battery adapters or a selection of general, universal adapters.
Built-in programs such as "Auto", "Charge" and "Prime" assure safe usage even when servicing a known faulty battery.
The user can provide user-defined programs for charge, discharge, recondition, wait and repeat; but also set conditional if/else, stop/continue criteria to ensure the best possible program refinement.
The Cadex SnapLock™ custom adapters are available to suit the majority of batteries and allow an easy interface. SnapLock™ adapters contain C-codes that configure the C7200 and/or C7400 analyser to the correct setting, and supports up to 10 C-codes to service different battery types from the same adapter.

Auto
Exercises the batteries and applies Recondition if the user-set target capacity cannot be reached
Charge
Applies fast charge with charge termination.
Prime
Prepares batteries by repeated cycling until the maximum capacity is reached.
Self-Discharge
Determines rate at which a battery loses charge. Reflects intrinsic safety.
Lifecycle
Cycles battery until the capacity fades to the set Target Selector threshold.
Discharge Only
Prepares battery for shipping and storage. Also checks charger function.
Extended Prime
Assist in formatting of battery.
OhmTest™
Measure battery resistance with DC pulses; based on IEC61436 standard.
Runtime
Provides three discharge levels; programmable in hours and minutes.
Boost
Activates batteries that have been discharged too low.
